Clapton E5 flatmate 1 bedroom in warehouse

Hi there! :)
I share this amazing warehouse with 12 people, guys & girls.

We have one very large and beautiful double room available, we are looking for some new housemates to move in to our chilled warehouse, it's not a party house but we do have the occasional few per year :)

We're a friendly bunch who hang out on occasion and do festivals, but we also respect each others own space and privacy.

We all come from different places including England of course and some of the others in the house are Italian, French, Romanian, Ghanian, Brazilian, Australian and German. So a happy mix!

The rooms we have are all different sizes,

The rent is inclusive and there is also a regular cleaner. (Including all bills and internet).

There's a few warehouses on the street and a good community where people hang out together, there's a huge space where we lounge and eat together.

Because we are all working most of the day, we have arranged for a trusted agent to handle the viewings for us, afternoon/ evenings during the week works best.
