Comfortable Room Farringdon, King's Cross, Angel

The room is about 14sqm on the ground floor with 2 windows. It is very central but quiet and green.

As this is central, this is very convenient, we are 10 minutes walk from Farrington, King's Cross and Angel but also Sainsbury, Coop, Tesco, Postal Services.

We are only 3 in the house, and often outside, we enjoy having discussions but the house does not feel busy at all. The garden and kitchen areas are comfortable to cook and chill.

The room is unfurnished but the current flatmate will be happy to handover furniture (except TV for about £400), it can be discussed further.

Current bills are 745, it will be 750 from November. It includes everything, gas, water, electricity, wifi and a cleaner coming once every 2 weeks. Those costs may vary slightly according to consumption.

The room will be available between 15th and 21st of September.

We have been living here for over a year and we can say that wifi, temperature, humidity, relationship with the agent and landlords are fine.

The deposit is £850.

We do not have a direct contact with the landlord, we are in contact with an agent. The agent will proceed to a reference check related to earnings (or guarantor), time lived in the UK, visa situation. After this process, the new tenant becomes part of the 12 months tenancy agreement.
