Fabulous room on top of the world

Hello!

We live in a beautiful two bedroom flat on the top floor of the iconic Michael Cliffe House in the heart of Clerkenwell, and we are looking for a nice person to share this flat with!

The room is very large, a double, with ample room for storage, and has amazing views of London. There is one shared bathroom, and an open plan kitchen.

We are a couple who used to rent and occupy this entire two bedroom flat, but since we got married, we moved into the same room, and now have a spare room.

We have taken the smaller room ourselves, and are offering you the larger room, but this also means that we spend most of our time in the living room/kitchen. This is why I say there is no shared living room even though technically there is one.

Now, for this room, we are asking £169 per week, or £733 per month.

The bills(electricity/gas/internet ) are on average £90, the service charges are £170 and council tax £100. We share these three ways, and so about £100-£120 per person per month. We are casual, so you just need to contribute a fixed amount of £100 per month and you can use as much electricity or gas as you like to a reasonable extent, and we will cover the excesses.

The price is very good, almost too good for what it is, and here are some reasons why:
1. We want someone who is quiet, and will not have raving parties or sleepovers that might bother the neighbors.
2. Because we have taken the smaller room, we will spend most of our time in the living room and so the living space is not really 'shared'.
3. There is a large table inside the room, which I cannot remove. There is a double bed
4. You cannot bring guests to sleep over.
5. Dogs and birds are not allowed, but cats and fishes are.
6. Please no frying in the kitchen.

That said, we are human beings after all, and will be open to discussing your needs/requirements.

The picture is abit old, so now instead of the sofa, it is a double bed. Everything else is exactly the same.
