I am looking for a student (for Council Tax reasons) to replace me as tenant in a three-bedroom flat near Chancery Lane Station (about 15 minutes to walk to LSE).
You'd be sharing with two other postgraduate students and the flat has a separate kitchen and living room. I am quite flexible regarding the move-in date but need someone to take over by mid-December. Preferably, I am hoping to find someone to take over from the end of November but am considering earlier or later dates. Rent is about 195 pounds per week and includes heating and hot water. As an added bonus, you do not require a UK rent guarantor.
