Hey, I am looking for a lovely , tidy individual to fill my lovely double room in this second floor flat in central London as unfortunately I have to move out of my flat due to starting a new job! It’s a really nice spacious double room, there’s a sofa in the communal area, bathroom and separate toilet, the kitchen has a washer dryer, electric hob, microwave and all the essentials !! No living room!
10 min walk to Angel, Farringdon and Barbican stations so it’s perfectly situated and you can get the 19 or 38 straight into town!!
The price is a steal for the area , and the landlady is such a dream, I’m so gutted I have to go.
The two other housemates are musical theatre students and are such lovely people so would be amazing to find a gorgeous person to join them.
Move in is 1st December as that’s when I leave but this can be discussed if needs be! Bedroom comes with double bed, wardrobe , shelves and a hanging rail :)
