The flat is on the top (third) floor so is bright. It is right next to Exmouth market and the Spa Fields park,

The room is a large double with lovely views of London. You can see St Paul's, The Shard, Barbican Tower and of course most importantly, St James church, Clerkenwell where I was christened! and went to Sunday School! The room is furnished with a double bed & superb, high quality mattress, solid wood wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The room measures 3.812m x 2.440m giving an approximate area of 9.3 square metres.

The rent includes electric, council tax, water and internet. You will be sharing gas.

The contract is very flexible. There is a minimum stay of only one month. After that you can leave anytime with only one month's notice.

The flat will be rented directly by me so there are no nightmares with useless agencies or extra fees. I have been a landlord for over thirty years and it is my full time occupation so I can respond quickly to your needs. I am an accredited member of the National Landlords Association.

Upon payment, your deposit is immediately protected by the Government Scheme, MyDeposits. You will be issued with a signed certificate which will give you peace of mind. If I run off to South America with some pretty girl (unlikely but I can dream!) or get run over by a bus (more likely but hopefully not), you will be able to get your deposit back. I always return deposits quickly and efficiently as soon as the keys are returned. All you need to do is give me one month’s notice and clean your room on departure.
