Hi everyone!

After two years in London and our beloved flat, it's sadly time for my partner and I to leave the country and put our room on offer.

You would be taking over the large master bedroom which is totally furnished, and ideal for a couple. It comes with a double bed, numerous storages and a walk-in wardrobe!

The apartment comes fully equipped (washing machine, oven, microwave...) and gives you 24/7 free access to the rooftop (with free yoga classes in summer), the gym (in the basement) and an underground car park (to discuss with the landlord).
All rooms feature large windows with no direct sight on any surrounding building.

You'd be sharing the flat with a respectful, clean lady in her early 20's who works five minutes away from the building as an engineering drafter.

The location (EC1V) is incredible and benefits from loads of shops (Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys) and Exmouth Market (well known for its great restaurants and pubs) just around the corner.

The flat is also ideally situated between Angel and Farringdon tube stations and lots of buses lines (55/243/19/4/256...).

Kenneth, our landlord is the best and will be happy to help if you have any question or request to improve your stay.

The room will be available from the 26th of February but move in date is flexible.

BONUS: Rent is due every 17th of the month and will be already paid for when you'll move in, giving you almost 3 weeks free of rent! (17th Feb-17th March)
