I have a room to let in a 3 bed flat in Clerkenwell with 2 other girls. The property has 3 bedrooms, a spacious reception room with dining area, a kitchen and a family bathroom. A separate utility room includes a washing machine and dishwasher.

The location is definitely the best thing about this flat. It is is located in Central London in the Clerkenwell area (ZONE 1), with great transport links. The flat is within a 10 minute walk of Angel tube station, a 15 minute walk of Kings Cross, Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations. We are a 20-30 minute walk to the heart of Central London and the City. Within a 5 minute walk of bus stops and located close to Exmouth and Smithfield Markets.

This furnished room is on offer from 22 March 2020 and rent is £800 pcm (excluding bills). The room includes a double bed, bedside table and large sliding door wardrobe. Bills (water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax) come to approx £90 pcm. We have lived in the flat for several years and therefore currently have a rolling month contract and a great relationship with the landlord.

The remaining two flatmates are professional females in their mid-late twenties. They enjoy exploring London, going for drinks and to the theatre etc. We are looking for a friendly professional female housemate (no students please) between the ages of 24 and 30 to take my place. We are hoping for someone who is chilled and friendly and looking for a place to call home. You will of course be required to complete the referencing process in order to take the room.
