Great flatshare in Clerkenwell/Angel (£942-1015)

The Room 1

Hi All,

I'm very sad to be leaving a great flatshare in Clerkenwell / Angel, after living here for a couple of years! It's such a fantastic location, with everything in walking distance.

The Room

My housemates are flexible so you'd have a choice of two double, furnished rooms both with lots of natural light - one is the largest room in the flat (rent is £1015 per month) and the other is a smaller room at the back of the flat, overlooking the garden (with a lower rent of £942 per month). Photos to follow of the larger room.

The Flat

There's a modern kitchen and living area, with good quality appliances (including combined washer/dryer and dishwasher) and broadband. There is a very large bathroom with double sinks, a separate bath and shower, with good water pressure. Plus an additional WC. The flat also has shared use of a garden, which is great in the summer.

The Area

The flat is on a very quiet, leafy street just off a beautiful square and a stone’s throw from the shops, bars and restaurants of Exmouth Market and the excellent George & Monkey pub on Amwell Street. There is a real 'village' feel to the neighbourhood, despite being so central. In approx 30 minutes, you can walk to the City and to Covent Garden/Soho. The flat is really well connected - just five minutes’ walk from Angel station, 15 minutes to Farringdon and Kings Cross.

The Housemates

You'd be living with two great housemates, an American girl and a French guy. Both with interesting jobs, very tidy and fun to hang around with.

The Admin

The rent is pretty reasonable for this part of London - £942 for the smaller room and £1015 for the larger room. Water is included in the rent with other bills being between £80 - £100 per month. The landlord and agent are organised and responsive too.

Ideal move-in date is 29 March.
