Hey, I am looking for a person to take my room in our amazing flat in central London, as sadly I need to move out.

The room is bright, and has a double bed, bedside table, bookshelf and closet.

The flat has a lovely living room, a big fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. The flat faces west, so there is lots of light. There is also a good amount of storage space in the flat.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other people. We are looking for a sociable but respectful, and tidy person. We like getting along among ourselves and spend time together.

5 minutes walk to Angel station, 10 minutes to Farringdon station. Sainsbury, Waitrose, Tesco and Coop within 5 minutes walking. 15 minutes walk to the Barbican, St. Paul's and the Thames

Santander bikes station right outside the building.

Rent is £740/month. Bills are approx £70/month. Deposit £900, protected via Deposit Protection Scheme.

No agencies involved, you will be dealing directly with the landlady.
