A lovely double room in Angel/Clerkenwell

Hi!

Unfortunately I'm moving out from this lovely flatshare in Clerkenwell/Angel and looking for someone to replace me in the beginning of/mid October. The flat is located 5 min away from all the amazing restaurants and cafes in Exmouth Market, less than 10 min from Angel and 15 min from Old Street/Shoreditch or Farringdon station by foot - a perfect location and very easy commute anywhere in central London!

The flat is in a terraced house, so we have a nice private outdoor area/patio to enjoy with friends. The living room & dining area and the kitchen (both very spacious) are downstairs, we have two bathrooms and cosy double bedrooms upstairs of which one would be yours with a massive bed and plenty of space. Monthly rent is £700 and bills on top max £150.

You'll be sharing the flat with two great guys, Julian and Giorgio, both friendly professionals and very tidy and respectful flatmates to spend time and live with - couldn't ask for more.
