The apartment has mahogany wooden parquet floor throughout, high ceilings and the benefit of a hall/study with a glass topped desk, chair and a double power point.

The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery in-addition to a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven and microwave.

The bathroom has just been renewed.

A generous sitting room includes a 4K UHD TV, sound system, 2 sofas, dining table and chairs. Perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends. The room overlooks the large communal garden.
