SUMMARY:
The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony. It has a big open kitchen and a spacious living room. The flat is spacious as it's made for 4 people.
There is also a workspace if you are working from home - it has all stationary necessary including a printer.
I'm in the office at least Mon-Wed (Litigation Funding) during the evening I'm either at the gym or having dinner out with friends. There are multiple set ups at home so more than one person can work from home without disturbing the other.
I've lived in the flat for 9 years and I'm looking for someone to take the second bedroom. It's a double bedroom with its own spacious bathroom. Your rooms you keep in whatever condition you like but the common areas I prefer to be kept tidy:)
I am not a smoker, but if you are it's not a problem as there is a large balcony.
Bike storage - we do not have a set bike storage for the building, but as the flat is a duplex it has two entrance doors (one on the top floor and another on the second top floor), you can keep the bike safely inside of the second top floor corridor.
