Bright double room in a spacious central flat

Hi,

We're looking for a third person to join our lovely flat in Barbican, on the end of Old Street.

The room is bright and cosy. Its the smaller of the 3 rooms but fully furnished with a double bed, good sized wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is space to rearrange the room and fit a desk in if needed.

The flat was fully refurbished when we moved in in February 2016. There is a large sitting room, with all the usuals (big TV - netflix, nowTV, amazon prime, music) joined open plan to the kitchen. The flat is at the back of the building, away from the main road, so is amazingly quiet for the city.

We're looking for someone easy going and fun to be part of our home. We are both usually quite busy but we'd prefer someone who would be keen to join in with meals, drinks, and enjoying the local area when we're all around.

The flat is a 5 min walk to Barbican or Farringdon tube stations. It's a really fantastic central location, with loads of nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

It's also a perfect walking commute for anyone working in the city or at Barts hospital, plus easy access to central or east London. You can walk to St Pauls, Bank or Liverpool Street station in 10 mins, or Angel, Spitalfields, or Shoreditch in 15. There's a wine shop opposite, a little Tesco on the road, a big Waitrose 5 min walk away.

The rent is £700 a month. Bills come to around £80 a month (includes all council tax and utility costs).

Really sorry, but we can't accept students or pets. It's a 1 year contract with the opportunity to renew after that. Our letting agent requires a permanent work contract, credit checks and a UK home owner Guarantor.
