The flat is completely furnished, equivalent to a serviced apartment ― all furniture, appliances, kitchen utensils, bed sheets, towels, etc. are already waiting. It's a large, modern two floor apartment (3rd and 4th floors) made up of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate large living area and kitchen with balcony. The flat also has a utility room with large washing machine and separate dryer and plenty of other storage space throughout.

The kitchen is fully fitted, incl. dishwasher and wine cooler. The balcony gets loads of sunlight and offers great views of the city. It also has a BBQ ― primed for some heavy summer use.
The bathroom is newly renovated with showers and hand showers, heated towel racks, storage cupboards, etc. You will only share your bathroom with one other tenant.
