2-bed, 2-bath with a garden in modern building. The flat is fully equipped with washer/dryer, gas stove/oven and large fridge) and is very easy living.

Bills (not included) - Internet, council tax, water, gas are approx. about 150 per month. I don't watch much TV and so there is currently no TV package.

Housemate:

Chris - 37y/o City professional from Canada. Been in the flat two years and loving both the property and location.
