Our pal is leaving us to go on his next adventure so here comes an opportunity for you to get yourself a cosy room in a civilised and established home.

The Flat:
+ is located in an apartment building with a big communal garden in Clerkenwell, close to Old Street
+ is a double storey flat with massive kitchen (and awesome features like dishwasher & coffee machine), living room with big dining table, entrance hall & wc on the first floor
+ 3no. bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor

The Room:
+ is a big double with plenty of space to do your Tai chi or Iggy Pop impersonations. Also there is plenty of additional storage in the house if needed.
+ the rent is astronomical 950 pcm (which covers all bills) payable on the 12th each month

Us:
The keepers of good vibes are Isa & Svetlana, median age 30. Isa works an embroider for a big fashion label, Svetlana is an architect, both quite social, culture oriented and well established in London. Even though this is definitely not a party house, we do occasionally enjoy having friends over for a dinner, game or a movie.
