Bright and spacious double room in new apartment block. The room is available from August 3rd 2022. You'll be living with me and my husband, both professionals. Secure building, double fob entry, secure underground parking, or even off street parking. (Underground parking is a little bit extra on top)
The room is fully furnished, with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, study table and chair, and your own fridge freezer. The kitchen and large bathroom are shared, and you will have a space in the kitchen for storage.
Colindale station is on the Northern line,8-10 min walk. Northern line serves most major stations such as Kings X, Old St, London Bridge and Tottenham Court Road. Buses to central London, Kilburn, Wembley and Middlesex Uni just below the house.
24 hr Asda and big Morrisons opposite , M&S food, Aldi, three 24 hour gyms around.
We both smoke but have no preference for our tenant. We've been renting our spare rooms out since the last 8 years and are looking for someone responsible and reliable, who would like to stay in a safe and secure home. Please bear in mind this is not a party house. We only ask that you respect our home and privacy and we do the same for you. We are really friendly, ready to help out when needed and aim to make our tenant's stay as comfortable and like home as possible. The only house rules are to clean up after yourself!
