Double room with walk-in-wardrob and ensuite

We have recently refurbished our house and now have a spare double bedroom in the loft available to rent.
We have said a maximum stay of a month at this time being as we friends and relatives who are planning to come over in Summer. However this area can be discussed if you are interested in renting the room.
We are a married chinese couple with a grown up daughter who only occasionally comes back to stay. We both speak Cantonese and Mandarine, with me being the main english speaker in the house. We both work Monday - Fridays and spend our weekends relaxing and doing the chores around the house. We mostly cook at home and live a very healthy lifestyle.
My wife enjoys shopping and cooking, where I enjoy running, photography and cooking.
I should also mention we have a cat in the house as well, we tend to confine him to the ground floor.
We live on the first floor with our own shared bathroom.
The room has a large walk-in-wardrob and its own ensuite. The ensuite has a shower, vanity unit and wc. The window in the bedroom faces eastwards and the loft windows in the way-in-wardrobe face west.
Each bedroom has had a lock installed on it for privacy and security purposes. We also have a CCTV system installed to monitor the driveway and front door.
The entire house has underfloor heating and each room is individually controlled. The house also has a heat recovery system which means each room is mechanically ventilated.
We have a laundry/ shower room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen has new with a induction hob, a large american style fridge/ freezer and a modern oven with steam function. We also have a microwave, a sous vide, a grill and other various small cooking appliances (we cook at home a lot).
The house also has two living room areas, one mostly for reading, there other with a Sky entertainment system within, a new dining room with a large dining table. Wi-fi is accessible throughout the house.
There is a spare car parking space if needed.
We would like a single or a couple to share the room with, as we live a quiet and healthy lifestyle, we would prefer to let our room to people with similar interest. We don't mind if you are a student or professional.
