Due to my flat mate moving in with her boyfriend the second room in our two bedroom flat is becoming available in September.
The flat is based in the heart of Colindale (a short walk from the station, shops, gym and parks) and is located flat on the fifth floor (don’t worry there is a lift lol).
The kitchen and living room is open plan and shared however you would have full use of the main bathroom along with a double bedroom. There is also a small balcony for some outside space.
About me - I am a single working professional who works from home two days a week. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I am social so happy to get involved with the odd dinner and drinks but also do enjoy my own space and social life.
