1 double bedroom in 2 bed flat share

A good size (by London standards!) double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat, sharing with the owner/landlord. You must be dog friendly as I have a resident dog "Suede" who is 12 now and pretty much keeps to herself (no lap-dog!) Someone who wouldn't mind feeding the dog and giving her a walk from time to time would be great although I do have great friends and neighbours who help when I am away. I am a teacher and Irish so school holidays about every 6 weeks I visit the motherland or travel further afield. I am looking for a friendly and sociable person who would treat the flat as their home and take equal responsibility for looking after it and its contents. The flat is a 2 mins walk from Colliers Wood tube station which is on the northern line and a half hour tube ride into the city. It is just off the main high street where there is access to buses, and within walking distance of a range of supermarkets and 2 retail parks. It is also within 10 minutes walking distance of St Georges hospital. The flat is stylish and modern with Sky TV and broadband included as well as all the usual mod cons-dish washer, washing machine, plenty of high powered hot water. Rent is £800 pcm inclusive of every possible bill and a deposit is required of one months rent in advance. There is a mount on the wall for a flat screen TV if you have one and Sky/Netflix is also accessible in the room.
