House Share £735 pcm

Hi There,

We are 2 girls looking to rent a gorgeous double room and en-suite in our lovely 3 bed home, just a 5 minute walk from Colliers Wood tube station.

The room is on the ground floor with its own bathroom also on the ground floor. It's a good sized double that comfortably fits a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside draws and TV stand. The room is advertised as unfurnished but the furniture in the photographs could be purchased from the current tenant if required.

We have a beautiful large garden which is perfect for summer BBQ's, big living room and lovely open plan kitchen/dinning room. The house has been recently refurbished with a light and warm colour scheme, we like to keep it nice and tidy but the cleaner also helps with that every 2 weeks ;)

We have lived here for the past 14 months. Current contract takes us to Aug 2020, we would require 2 months deposit as the contract is already in our names, but the landlord is happy to add someone else when we renew in August. We love the place and it's the best house we've both lived in for years.

We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks. We all put an extra £115 into the house account each month to cover all the bills (including clener, wifi etc.) Total rent and bills = £850 pcm.

A little about us... we are both single ladies and work Mon - Fri in the City. We have active social lives, but also enjoy chilling in our lovely house. We are very clean and house proud.

We are looking for someone similar who will fit in well - someone who is equally happy relaxing at home, or having an impromptu drink in the local :-)

The area... we are under a 5 minitue walk to Colliers WOod tube (Northern Line) so you definitely get a seat in the morning. We're 15 mins from Tooting Overground and it's only 10 mins walk Tooting Broadway. the local pub has a great beer garden and lovely food. We've recently also discovered an amazing Italian restaurant at the end of our road.
