Cosy bright double in modern house - just 435 PCM

We are looking for a fourth housemate to join us in our lovely split level maisonette in Colliers Wood!

THE ROOM

This bright and compact room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and stylish wall shelf. The room gets lots of natural light even in the winter and is super cosy during those cold evenings.

THE HOUSE

Our living room has a huge smart TV with Netflix and Sky, plus a very comfy L-shaped sofa.

The kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to express your culinary skills if you’re that way inclined (we’re more pasta with sauce kinda gals ourselves - but we’re open to inspiration...) The kitchen also has a dining table for you if you need to work from home. You will likely have this to yourself most of the week.

THE TENANTS

We are three easy-going, friendly girls who look forward to welcoming you into our clean and tidy home.

Meet…

Rosie - a super-brainy neurosciencey something with abs of steel and a heart of gold

Ash - the science teacher you wish you had at school. Loves dinosaurs, chocolate and dinosaurs made of chocolate

Nathalie - a creative (if not crazy) marketer who will ask you what your star sign is

During the week you might find us watching some trash TV (depending on who has the remote) or reading a good book in comfortable silence. Having said that, we also enjoy our alone time and respect each other’s space and privacy.

This home is situated on the greener side of Colliers Wood, just next to the recreational ground.

- 5 minute walk from Sainsbury's, M&S and Aldi, as well the Tandem Retail Centre
- 5 minute walk from The Gym and Nuffield Health gym
- 9 minute walk from the tube (we are on the Northern Line) and 20 minutes into Waterloo
- 20 minute walk from Tooting High Street
- 30 minute walk from the beautiful Morden Hall Park
