Double room parking & balcony (cats allowed!)

I am relocating out of London and will be super sad to leave this amazing flat, a 5 minute walk from Collier’s Wood station (northern line) and a one minute walk to the Wandle Trail.
Freya and I spend most evenings in the living room watching telly and love to share a Prosecco after a busy week at work (also respecting each other’s space)

The room is a double with a big chest of drawers, wardrobe bookshelf and bed included. Mattress was replaced last month so basically brand new!
The flat is a good size with a huge living room and balcony and big communal garden which is amazing in the summer!! Dishwasher is a bonus too. Bills are in the 2nd cheapest band as it’s a fairly new flat. We also have our own parking space included, off road which is rare in London.
The closest supermarket is a 5 minute walk (next to station a massive Sainsbury’s superstore (with m&s!) and aldi/Lidl next door.
Available from 22nd November.. paid for until 11th December. If you’re interested, we are doing virtual viewings or viewings in person! X
