I live in a 2 bed new build flat in Colliers Wood and am looking to rent out the spare room on a Monday to Friday basis. I can be flexible on how many days a week you want to rent, as long as the minimum term is 1 month.
The room is fully furnished with space for additional furniture, if you want to bring anything.
A bit about me:
I’m 31 years old working in Operations. Love the odd lazy evening chilling infront of the TV. Most of the time I’m out and about with friends for food/drinks or exploring new places. I’m a tidy person who is easy going and loves a laugh.
About the area:
Located in Zone 3 on the northern line you can get into the city in 25 mins. 15min walk to Tooting and close to the National Trust park and the Commons. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and gyms on the doorstep :)
