We have a light, fully furnished, large double room, looking onto the garden, for someone who wants a sociable, friendly home!

It's a ground-floor flat, a 2min walk from Colliers Wood tube, 10min bus from Wimbledon train station, with 2 bedrooms and a large back garden (with a shed for bike storage, and also a pizza oven!) - the wifi reaches to the table on the decking, ideal for working from the garden in summer.

We're 2mins from 3 supermarkets (co-op x2 and Tesco), 5mins from big Sainos, 10mins from Tooting market, loads of parks / green spaces within 5mins and a 20min walk away from Mordon Hall Park (CB-D).

The lounge / kitchen is large, light and open-plan which creates a super nice, sociable and open space for watching TV, cooking, making cocktails or having friends over for dinner.

There are two separate toilets, and loads of storage throughout the flat, so shoes / coats / suitcases can easily fit into that communal storage space. There is also a double sofa bed so friends can stay over super easily.

The room itself is a double, fully furnished, has a desk and looks onto the garden, so is lovely and light.

About us:
We're both hoping for someone who is looking for a "home" not a house, who would be keen to occasionally cook together, get too into a series or go out for a drink /dinner if we happen to all be free. We also love having friends for dinner and so would love to find someone who is equally sociable and relaxed.
