I have a very large room to rent in my fully furnished Covent Garden flat.

Suitable for couples.

No smokers.

Note: The photos of the bedroom were taken whilst converting it. The single bed has now gone and a kingsize bed is in place as in the plan.

As you can see from the plan, the large room on the left is the one for rent. The room, 20 feet long, and 10.5 feet wide, has kingsize bed with new medium-firm orthopedic mattress (Ikea), sofa-bed (made dot com), two chairs, a desk/dining table, coffee table, and plenty of storage (two wardrobes and lots of Muji drawers).

If you want a different layout of the room, like an extra sofa, or executive desk chair, or TV, I will provide it.

The furniture and fittings are light and contemporary, with a solid white wooden floor.

The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area and TV.

Sharing the apartment with one other (me).

I pay all bills, like the TV license, electricity, gas, council tax, water, wi-fi, cleaning products, toilet/kitchen roll/wet wipes, dishwasher tablets etc - and I do the housework and any maintenance, including emptying the bins - so all you have to do is tidy as you go.

One month's rent plus one month's deposit required in advance.

Short or long stay possible.
