You will be sharing a living room with quality furnishings, a fully fitted kitchen and the bathroom by the stairs with other tenants.

Short Lets considered as follows:

Up to 1 month - add £300 to the advertised price. Minimum we charge is 1 month stay. If you want to stay 3 weeks, it will still cost 1 month plus £300 short let fee. Payment in full is required before move-in.

From 1-3 Months - add £200 to the advertised price. Payment in full is required before move-in

From over 3 to less than 6 Months - add £100 to the advertised price.

From 6 months and above - no change to advertised price.

Couples considered for an additional £200 per month.

No more than 2 people in the room.

References required for stays more than 3 months. For stays less than 3 months, full payment will be required for the stay.

Damage Deposit required is 4 weeks .

To reserve the property you will need to pay 1 week non-refundable holding deposit via bank transfer or credit/debit card. We can also take payments at the viewing if you wish to reserve the property on the spot.
