Neighbourhood has never been this calm, but even in normal times, the thick double glazing on all windows means the flat is quiet even when Covent Garden is busy. Thick walls means we cannot hear neighbours, or other flatmates for that matter. Private access reserved for penthouse only.

This flat is well priced considering the area, cannot be more central than Covent Garden. I cannot objectively think of any flaws for this flat, and I would have stayed longer but unfortunately I must leave the country.

The tenancy ends on 1 November 2020, which is why this is a short let, but possible to extend further via contract extension with other flatmates.
