Hi guys! We have one room available in our flat share located on St Martin’s Lane, between Leicester Square and Covent Garden.
*The photos do not do justice, feel free to contact us for an in-person visit (after lockdown) to see its potential*
📍The flat is located on St Martin’s Lane, 2 minutes away from Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden. There is a Tesco and a Sainsbury’s as well as plenty of other shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes away.
🏠 You will have one double bedroom with an ensuite (with a bathtub!) as well as a private balcony. The bedroom furniture includes one double bed, a desk and chair, a big wardrobe as well as a drawer. The kitchen is shared among all tenants. You can see pictures below and come for an in-person visit when lockdown ends.
📅 Ideally, you will move in soon and move out next June.
💰 The rent is £240/week. Bills are not included (~40/month) but internet is provided for free. You do not need a guarantor, however you will need to pay 6 month upfront.
You will live me and another flatmate (boy), we are both students at King’s College London. We are happy to do virtual visits and to have a chat so feel free to contact me!
