I have to leave London as I am heading back to Paris for studies. For this reason, my great studio room will be soon available (so sad! but I am sure someone will take great care of it and use its potential at best!)
The studio is within a flat where 2 other great guys also have their own studio, meaning we have independence but at the same time enjoy company in our big rooms or in the common areas. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, pretty functional and no timing overlaps with other flatmates.
Four main great things about the studio:
- it is massive and allows to have guests for pre-game drinks given the split between bedroom and living room sides (convertible sofa, TV, coffee table)
- it is in one of the most bustling and best-connected areas (corner Covent Garden/Soho/Mayfair), but the room is exposed to quiet St Martin's Lane and on the 4th floor (meaning no noise despite centrality)
- the room is all ready to move in, as all bed linen and furniture is there
- I can resell my moderately-priced membership at amazing Gym Box, literally facing the flat!
