2 large double rooms in a 3 Bed/2 bathrooms

The house has 3 bedrooms, a large living and separate kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 extra toilet. There is a terrace facing the back of the house and perfect for BBQ.

The house is very quiet and very well connected with Central London with the Jubilee Line. The nearest station is Kilburn. Also the overground is just 7 mins away by bus (N16, 189, 316, 332). Gym and swimming pool 10 mins walk (virgin active or few others)

For all bills including broadband, electricity, heating, water, and council tax you need to consider an extra £120 per month for each room.

Both rooms are unfurnished but we could leave 1 wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers if needed.

The apartment is managed by an agency, but there are no agency costs. You just need to be able to provide references for your income from your employer/accountants.

Both rooms are potentially available from now and must be taken by the 26th Nov.

Due to the current situation, we are working from home, therefore we are quite flexible in terms of viewings arrangements.
