Hello!
My flatmate has recently got a new job in a different part of London, so their room will be free from January.
It is a great flat, a good sized living room with open plan kitchen area. The room available has it's own bathroom with toilet, shower and bath which is a big plus. My room has an en suite bathroom so this would all be to yourself. The bedroom is a good sized, double bed with good storage.
Location wise the flat is brilliant: Transport wise there is a train station 5ish minutes walk which has regular Thameslink trains to St Pancras taking about 15 minutes, or further into City of London. There are bus stops right outside the flat going in all directions. A 10 minute bus ride gets you to either an overground station on Finchley road, or a tube station on the Jubilee line which take 10 minutes to get to Bond street.
There is lots of resident parking available all around the flat.
The flat doesn't have access to the garden behind the property, however Hampstead Heath is only a short walk away. A short walk or bus journey away is also West Hampstead, Hampstead, Brent Cross shopping centre, Golders Green, Willesden Green and Finchley road - so lots of places for pubs, restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. Also the room advertised leads on to a flat roof which you can sit on in summer.
There is a Virgin Active gym 5 minutes walk down the road, or a The Gym a 10 minute walk away. There is also a decent sized Co Op 5 minutes walk away, or a few large supermarkets a short bus ride away.
The deposit is one months' rent, council tax is included in the rent and sorted out by the landlord. The landlord is really nice and if there are ever any issues he is easy to get hold of.
I work for the emergency services, so quite often i'm out early or working late. I'm very chilled out, happy doing my own thing as well as being sociable.
Ideally i'm looking looking for somone to have the room who is also chilled out, friendly and house proud, sociable but also happy doing their own thing. Main thing is to have the flat being a friendly and relaxing place to live.
If you are interested, or have any questions please send me a message telling me a bit about yourself and what you're looking for, and I look forward to hearing from you.
Cheers,
Olie
