The house is new (3 years) and warm without any damp. There is a separate, small laundry room and a huge storage in the loft for almost unlimited clutter ;).

There is a massive park just 1 minute walk so if you like running this is a great place to live. Golders Green and Hampstead are also within walking distance.

The house is shared with really friendly people and they are looking for someone easy going, considerate and clean.

The nearest tube station is Brent Cross, Northern Line (Zone 3), around 12 minutes walk. There is a bus stop just a couple min walk with buses 189, C11, 102. Also 113 bus is about 5 minutes walk.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is a few minutes away and there are even more buses available there. Large Tesco is 3min walk from the house with BETTER Leisure Centre/Gym.

Very good connection with Luton Airport, the Greenline bus stop is just 5 min walk.
