The arrangement Is on a month to month basis and after the first month there is one month’s notice in writing by either party on the last day of the month.
After 1 month the contract automatically reverts to a monthly basis so minimum stay is just 2 months.

Peaceful clean and friendly occupants in a 5 bedroomed detached house and the max people living here will be 5 in total, clean is priority number one.

The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table & chest of drawers 2 table lamps & bedside tables, chair, small stool, tv point, window faces onto the back garden.
There is also a fridge freezer (Downstairs) which will be Shared with 1 other person but it’s 6 ft high so enough room in fridge and freezer for your food also the bathroom will be shared with 1 other person.

The ground floor has a large open lounge with sofas and armchairs, dining room table, TV 40 inch with preview, Music System, Broadband Wireless and 2 full bathrooms both with electric showers and a bath one downstairs one upstairs in the property.

The kitchen comprises of numerous units, cooker, fridges, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher, pans, plates etc

The lounge has a sliding door to the rear with a large garden and a patio comprising of tables and chairs and a lawned area with some fruit trees a shed / tables / chairs and a BBQ.

The location is close to The Vale by Hendon Way and Cricklewood Railway Station Thames Link is a 7 min walk away from the house. Golders Green tube station is approximately 15 mins walk away. Bus service 113 (Night Bus) is a 3 min walk on Hendon Way.

Depending on the number of people renting the bathroom will be shared with 1 other people.
The deposit is dependable upon the arrangement agreed but a month’s deposit is required.
The room might be available earlier thaN the 1st NO ember but I will update if this happens.
