This is a ground floor apartment with two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms (one of which is yours) with an open plan kitchen/living area. Parking is available at no extra cost in the secure underground car park. There is a gym on site (one off £35 payment for the entry fob, otherwise free to residents) and 24 hour concierge/security.

You will be sharing with an Italian couple who occupy the other room. We are looking for a single person (no couples, sorry!) to take over the remainder of the contract until October 24th 2021.

The landlady is amazing and always at hand to help with any of our needs.

The price for the room is £650 and all of the bills (including council tax, wifi, electricity etc) are roughly £115 per person.
