2 bed flat with off street parking

We are moving out of our 2 bed flat which we have been renting since last year as we have decided to buy.

The flat is great for a couple or two friends sharing. There are two large double bedrooms with plenty of storage. There is a large open plan kitchen/living area with space for a dining table. The bathroom is nice and modern with under floor heating.

The flat benefits from having a parking space on the driveway. We don't have a car but we rent out the space which brings in approx. £100 per month which is useful! We are also contracted in to our broadband until the end of October so anyone moving in won't have to pay for internet for a couple of months.

The landlord is really nice and leaves us to it but is quick to help out if we need anything. He was also happy for us to get a puppy during lockdown, so people with small pets will be considered.

The flat is really well located. Cricklewood Thameslink station is a 1 min walk away. I work in Farringdon and it takes me 20 mins to get to work. West Hampstead tube (Jubilee line) is close by too. There are lots of good parks around, including Hampstead Heath and Gladstone Park.
