with Bills approx £610-25 pcm

Large double bed at £545 a month with high ceiling, wardrobe, storage chest, large chest of drawers and bedside drawers. More furniture can be added and the room will be repainted along with the rest of the flat.


BEDROOM 2 is £585
Large double bed at £585 a month with high ceiling, built in wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside drawers. Ensuite with power shower and toilet. More furniture can be added and the room will be repainted along with the rest of the flat.

BILLS:

£70-80 a month approx I've broken it down below:
Council Tax is £47 a month if your a student then will be cheaper or you don't need to pay this at all
Electricity is £10
Gas is about £15-25 depending on what time of year
Water comes quarterly and doesn't cost a lot.
Sky unlimited broadband Internet £6.33

The landlord is great and gets everything sorted if anything does go wrong.

You'll need to pay to change the names on the contracts this will cover all the checks etc. This is £200 per person.

Deposit is £578- and will go into a deposit protection scheme ☺️

FLAT:

It's a great flat clean and modern and fully decorated at a great price. In a lovely neighborhood. The whole flat has great high ceilings and is large and airy.

We have a modern brightly light kitchen, you won't need to bring anything with you it's fully equipped.

We've got a small Den to chill out in with a double Futon so if you have any friends to stay!

Utility room with a washing machine.

I'm 27 a Beauty Buyer and Merchandiser for a Retailer. Im easy going busy with work in the week and the gym. The odd glass of wine in the week and a good pub trip! At the weekend im always out and about exploring and the odd night out too. I want to find sociable fun housemates, easy going and up for a drink occasionally, exploring the city into their food, who also likes their own space.
