We are looking for a new flatmate to takeover a double room in the modern duplex. The room is located on the upper floor and has a spaceous balcony, while the house has a separate shared living room and kitchen at the lower level. There is plenty of space to accomodate work-from-home and we are a very considerate household. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other only (the other tenant has an en-suite), and we also have an additional guest toilet at the lower floor.
The building is modern and relatively new (TOP in 2016) and is a 7 mins walk to Westferry Station, which is a 7 min ride to Bank and one stop from Canary Wharf. There is also a bus stop right outside the house, with a 10 min bus ride to Canary Wharf.
Both of the current tenants are from UK/Malaysia and are working professionals.
Rent is £800 pcm, and includes bills, wifi and council tax. Available beginning of April.
