We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our great flat in Crouch End.

The room is a big bright double bedroom, which comes partially furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. Move in date is 1st December

The flat was refurbished just a couple of years ago and has a good sized bright kitchen with a large spacious living room, good sized bathroom and separate toilet. As well as lots of storage space around the flat.

The flat is on the ground floor of an apartment court with access to a large communal garden with lots of friendly neighbours who throw garden parties a few times a year that are great for getting to know everyone.

Crouch End is a vibrant but quaint neighbourhood with great restaurants, good transportation links; a quick bus ride will take you to either Archway or Finsbury Park, close proximity to Alexandra Palace and we’re right on the Parkland Walk so you’ll be close to a good running/walking trail.

We are both full time (and lots of extra time) professionals who are barely ever home, but we like to keep the flat nice and homely at all times and we looking for a chill flatmate who will be up for the occasional chat, dinner or movie night whenever we’re about.

The rent is £790 plus bills, which includes our cleaner who comes once a week. The flat is rented through an agency who require a £1062 deposit plus agency fees.
