Doube Room available in 2 bed Crouch End flat

I’m leaving my lovely flat as an opportunity has arisen for me to move into my own apartment. I’m looking for someone new to take my room by (or before) July 14th. The flat is situated in the heart of Crouch End and is just a short walk away from the tasty brunch spots, pubs, shops and restaurants that Crouch End has to offer. (I've certainly made the most of this since living here!) We're just over 30 minutes away from Oxford Circus (via Finsbury Park) and only 35 minutes away from Old Street (via Hornsey station), so it really is the perfect location.

The room is a large, light, double bedroom and is available either furnished/unfurnished. There are also three big built in storage cupboards in the room. The flat is split across 3 levels with a large, separate living room. The gas and electric bills are included within the rent and the flat is double glazed throughout - so no shivering in the winter! We only pay for council tax and wifi.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my housemate Laura who’s 26 and works as a Designer in Central London. She's only just moved into the flat so you'd both have the opportunity to make it your own! You'll be taking over the last part of my contract which ends on 21st August 2019 and there's also the option to extend beyond this date.

The majority of the furnishings within my bedroom and the living room are mine so I’ll be taking these with me to my new place. However, the agents are happy to provide any furniture that you may need.
