Looking for a female professional flatmate

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate.
Ideally from end of June but this depends on the guidelines and safety risk.

Rent is £680 and with bills it's about £820 per person monthly, often less as water and electricity aren't paid monthly.

The pros:
A larger than average and bright double room with a wardrobe, desk, and drawers
Living room with a large TV and Sky boxsets, and plants!
A bathroom with a bath and shower, sharing with someone who knows how to keep it clean
Parks, tennis courts, Crouch End brunch spots, Muswell Hill, Ally Pally and Wood Green for shopping round the corner

Access to:
Hornsey is 10 mins walk for Great Northern trains to Old Street, Highbury & Islington and Moorgate (it's 20 mins to Moorgate)
Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, Great Northern, Thameslink) by bus is 15 minutes
Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly) is 5 mins by bus outside

The cons:
I’d like way more plants
My baking’s not what it used to be

I work in tech (from home now). I write, love learning languages (Spanish, Korean, and French right now - I speak Greek), watching TV shows, skincare, gigs and dinners with friends. I’d also be a great brunch buddy when safe to go out again.

I’m looking for someone clean, friendly, and considerate, who can share the cleaning or is up for getting a cleaner.
