Our flatmate is moving out which is freeing up a room (the largest bedroom in flat).

Large room in bright 3 bedroom top floor flat available to rent. Located on a quiet private road with no through traffic. Just off a quiet residential street between Crouch End Hill and Crouch Hill. The room is large, west facing with a balcony. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, 4 ring gas hob and electric oven. Bath with shower and separate WC. Large living room with TV, sofas, coffee table and WiFi.

Room has double bed and a wardrobe. Also a bookcase if wanted, if not then current flatmate will take it.

5 mins walk to Crouch End Broadway.
5 - 10 mins bus to Finsbury Park station (on the W3)
Roughly 20 mins walk to Finsbury park station
5 mins walk to Crouch Hill Overground station


2 guys already in flat, Dave 36 (from Herts) and Ewan 37 (from Edinburgh). We're both pretty laid back and easy going, like to keep the place tidy. Looking for someone similar.
At the moment move in date from 28th December but could be flexible.
