Cosy double room available in a fully furnished and tidy 2 storey flat in North London, Crouch End. Crouch End is a safe but sociable area, just outside of the hustle and bustle of central London life. Move-in date is now/ideally on or before June 1st.

Bedroom furnishings include a double bed with a new mattress, wardrobe, bedside table/cabinet & shelves, with under-bed storage. The room is a comfortable space for one person, and there is also additional storage within the house.

The flat has a large living room, perfect for relaxing in after work or for having friends over. The bathroom has recently been refurbished, with a powerful shower and bath. The kitchen includes a good-sized fridge and freezer, a microwave, kettle & toaster, an oven with a gas hob, and a washing machine. There is also a balcony area.

Bills come to ~£100 in the summer and ~£112 in winter. Rent is £600 a month due to the room being smaller than the others. The room is an absolute steal considering the location. We pay bills & rent to our lead tenant every month so that payments are straightforward. The deposit is £700. The contract runs out in May 2021, so we are preferably looking for a long term tenant who is willing to stay until the contract finishes.

TRANSPORT-
There is permit parking on the street outside of the flat, down a very quiet and safe street. Harringay station is less than a 10-minute walk away from the flat and has good connections to Moorgate and Finsbury Park for the tube lines. The flat is also within walking distance of the W3 bus to Finsbury Park. For example, I work in Barbican and I get one train and one tube, and am at work within 25 minutes.

THE AREA-
Crouch End high street is a 10-minute walk from the property and has a variety of shops, restaurants, gyms, cinema, cafes and pubs.

THE HOUSEMATES-
The two girls who live here are lovely, kind, sociable and super friendly. Matilda works in the film industry & Hannah is a manager in a retail store. Both are very artistic, enjoy a glass of wine, reading, hanging out in the living room in front of the TV, and a trip to the local pub. This is a chilled household, who enjoys having groups of friends over for drinks, but not mental house parties. The house really is cosy and homely, and I'm super gutted to have left, so want to make sure someone will treat this like their home. Please be clean, tidy and respectful!
