Crouch End is a safe, lovely and quiet area, outside of the hustle and bustle of central London life with lots of green spaces. Room is available immediately.

Bedroom furnishings include a double bed with quality mattress, bedside table/cabinet, a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. This bedroom looks over the garden with views of Alexander Palace.

The bedroom is a good size for one person, no couples and at the back of the house, so quiet and very private. Additional storage could be available within the house.

The house has a two living rooms, perfect for everyone to have free space while relaxing after work or for having friends over. Each room has separate Sky channels so you can watch and record your own programs. There are two bathrooms, a family bathroom with separate bathtub, walk in rainfall shower and WC with storage and a downstairs WC with additional rainfall shower and storage. Both bathrooms are wired for Sonos music access, as is the majority of the house. The large kitchen / diner is fully equipped including a large American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, double oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Sodastream, wine fridge, shared cupboards and a gas hob. It leads on to the stunning social garden with multiple sitting areas, outdoor eating, speakers and a BBQ. The washer and dryer are in the downstairs WC.

The house is situated between Park Road Pools & Fitness and Priory Park and a short walk to Queens / Highgate Woods and Alexandra Palace.

There is permit parking or hourly vouchers (10-12) for the street outside of the house which is a quiet and safe street.

Crouch End high street is a 10-minute walk from the property and has a variety of shops, restaurants, gyms, cinema, cafes and pubs – including Waitrose, Tesco, Coop, Boots, Superdrug, M&S, Oliver Bonas, Greggs and loads of charity shops and independents.

The house is within easy walking distance of the very regular W7 and W3 busses and their 15-minute journey to Finsbury Park with its quick Victoria and Piccadilly tube and Overground service to Moorgate or Blackfriars and on to Gatwick. You can walk to Highgate Tube which is a mile.

Open, friendly house, but fully respect each other's privacy and space. Please be clean, tidy and conscientious and go elsewhere for the parties and late-night music.

One extremely friendly but well-behaved resident border terrier, who loves attention and treats, if you don’t love a dog or are allergic, best to consider elsewhere.

All utilities including Wi-Fi and Council Tax included for £775 per month, with discussion over length of arrangement. Deposit of five weeks upfront and references will be required.
