The room has become available as I’m moving in with my gf after living here for 1.5 years. I’ve really enjoyed living here and will definitely be coming back and staying in touch with everyone. The house is super friendly, down to earth and sociable.
Housemates are 2 ladies and a guy, all in their 30s (working in construction, facilities and television). Plus Hannah, a beautiful 8 year old lurcher.
Hobbies includes cycling, travelling, BBQs, sports, games and wine :) We’re hoping for someone social who wants to join in the fun.
The room will be available mid to late July although if someone needs to move in sooner that might also be possible.
The room is £630 per month excluding bills. Bills are usually £75-80 per month all in.
