Double Room Available in Bright, Spacious Flat

We have a double room available in our incredibly beautiful, spacious and bright flat in Crouch End, North London. Our flat has two bathrooms, a large open plan living room/ kitchen area and a front garden. The room can come with a bed and wardrobes, and some other bits if wanted/needed. The bed in the room is a massive king (with storage underneath) but if that was replaced by a queen the room would easily fit a desk if needed to work from home. There is also a small door in the room which opens to lots of storage.

Just a short bus ride to Finsbury Park, a short walk to Harringay overground, and we are a five minute walk from Crouch End high street. Crouch End is known for its village atmosphere and great bars, restaurants and independent shops. We are also very near many parks, and have one lovely one right across the street with a cafe!

We are a group of friends living together. After 3 amazing years in the flat, Dan will be moving out due to a change jobs. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in so all of the things are ours and we treat this house like a real home. Cleanliness is a huge priority for us and we take pride in our home! We share all of our house bits (appliances, electronics, etc.) so you wont need much outside of your bedroom but we do welcome furniture and appliances if you have these! We each have separate food cupboards but eat the odd house meal together at the weekend.

We like to spend time together but also lead independent lives. We are looking for friends rather than just housemates!

Who are we?
Charlie is a Londoner and a trainee psychologist working with teens in the NHS and completing the last year of a PhD. James is a northerner and works as a copywriter. Tom is an Aussie who works in structural architecture. We are into socialising, watching Netflix, exercising, cooking, drinking whiskey, chatting nonsense and laughing a lot. Charlie owns a dog (Cockerpoo) who usually stays on the weekends. We aren’t a party house but definitely enjoy the odd drink or 5. All of us have pretty serious jobs, so coming home to a clean house full of laughter is important to us.

- Bills approx £70pm
- We split house bits e. g. toilet paper, cleaning stuff, laundry/ dishwasher tablets
- No couples

- The furniture seen in the room’s pictures (bed & wardrobe) is available free of charge if desired. Removal will be arranged if it is not needed.
