your bathroom

Hi there!

I am moving out on the 15th of January and I am looking for someone to take over my contract.

The flat:
It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom flat (yes, you get your own bathroom, with a bath tub!) with a lovely common area that includes a spacious living room & a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a patio out front that you can use to sit/lounge in the sun in summer! (a blessing in lockdown times..). Water is included in the rent.. There's a tv in the living room, high speed internet & gas heating.

The flatmates:
You will be sharing the flat with 2 amazing girls. Cara is 27 years old and works in private equity. Siobhan is 33 years old and works in digital advertising. The house has a very 'homely' feel to it and the girls are looking for someone that would compliment that. We all like having dinner together or watching a movie but we also respect each other's personal space.

Me:
I'm 25 & work in higher education. I've loved living in this flat and you will probably see me around every now and then (when life is normal again) as I will definitely miss the girls (and I'm not moving too far!). I'm moving out as I'll be moving in with my boyfriend.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch to arrange a viewing. The idea is for you to meet the girls and see if you get on etc. We would prefer weekdays where possible but we'll try to accommodate as much as we can.
