Included in the rent is a parking space at the back of the building in a gated carpark, I don’t have a car so this would entirely be yours. There's also bike space as well. We also have access to a small gym (currently closed due to COVID) and has a cross-trainer, treadmill and other equipment as well as weights. Other residents in the building are super friendly, we’ve got a building group chat to keep each other updated on parcel deliveries/random chatting. There’s also a concierge who works Monday to Saturday, and there’s a small shared communal garden/grass area.

The flat is about five minutes walk to Hornsey station and can get the bus to Kings Cross (30-45 mins depending on traffic) and Finsbury Park (10-15 mins). Ally Pally is about 15-20 mins on foot as well as a few other parks and the Parkland Walk. Short walk to the heart of Crouch End (Waitrose, Co-Op, M&S, little Tesco, as well as excellent independents/cafes), as well as 5-10 mins in the other direction to get to a big Sainbury's

I’m a friendly and clean person, looking for someone similar who'd see the flat as a home. Always up for a takeaway/spending nights watching TV together but also someone who respects privacy, Currently working from home but the flat is big enough for both of us to work :)
The room is available from February 17th, can arrange virtual viewings for the time being and of course some in-person viewings (following guidelines/safety). We don't deal with the landlord directly but go through an agents, but the landlord is very good about addressing any problems.
