The room is bright and spacious with a desk area, double bed, wardrobe, large windows, plenty of storage and space to accommodate extra furniture.

The flat building is situated on a quiet residential street. It has a large communal garden and a secure car park.

Priory Park is a 5 minute walk away and there is a selection of shops, gyms and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

For groceries, there is a large Sainsbury's a 5 minute walk away and a small Co-op just around the corner.

Transport-wise, it's a 2 minute walk to a bus stop that takes you directly to Finsbury Park tube station in around 15 minutes. Hornsey rail station is another option at an 8 minute walk.

Going inside, there's a living room cum dining area with television. A kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave, and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. Significant storage is available in the living room and in the hall.

I'm a fairly laid back guy working in the tech industry. I left South Africa around three years ago now after a pretty life-changing tour of Europe in 2018. Once lockdown is lifted, I'm keen to get back to the pubs & restaurants, the West End and the Royal Albert.
